Bermex

I was approaching 85N from pleasant hill exit doing the speed limit. I'm in the lane to proceed onto 85n. 1 of your drivers came from the wrong lane and cut me off from accessing 85n lane. The work truck had blinkers on. So he's not signaling just driving without any regard for the car already in the lane. I think the truck # was 112300 or 123100. Near pleasant hill at 935am on 10/22/25. Your employees need driver training and common courtesy when driving a work truck.

Employee came directly to my house (no other houses in my street) ran doorbell, but there was no one home. He started working on my water meter box and left without leaving a note or anything. Company did not communicate in advance. I called multiple times the local company and the headquarters and the phones were never answered. I only found out about it through my cameras detecting a person on my driveway. I am still wondering what did he do? He clearly replaced something and my water still works which is the only reason I giving it an extra star, otherwise would have been 1 star.

One of your meter personal came out to my house and O.C. sprayed my service animal. After acknowledge that he's a service animal and his vest was clearly visible she preceeded to spray him any way. He did not attack her nor put her in harms way. I need to be contacted by a supervisor or I will be pursuing legal actions.

My company received a very large water bill on one of our meters two months in a row. We paid someone to come out multiple times over two months to check the property for leaks, including checking the irrigation system. We finally called the water company to check the line, only to find out Bermex had read our meter wrong, resulting in an overage of 84,000 gallons in one month! Not only did they read it wrong one month, but two months in a row! Inexcusable!! Are they even getting out of their vehicle or just making up numbers?!

Worst drivers I have ever seen in my life. Driving 20 under the speed limit almost causing accidents and using the phone and eating while driving. This is the 3rd time that I encounter them driving in my area without care for the world and the drivers around them.
