Cannot recommend this company enough - I had a few emergency heat situations that involved multiple trips to my house as the issue was complex and involved finding things going wrong throughout my whole system. They were always incredibly prompt, had the best constant communication between me and the office and the crew, and went above and beyond to explain everything so I felt more knowledgeable and confident they were giving me the best recommended repair solutions that I was paying for. Lastly it was clear they all take extreme pride in their work and their profession, and if you feel furnace or A/C repair is expensive and intimidating rest assured that calling them will make the entire process much easier. Our HVAC stopped cooling this morning. I called Bernco who is doing their best to be efficient to try to keep up with all these repairs during this heatwave. They had a technician right around the corner from me at the time, so they were able to have it fixed within an hour of my call!

I called Bernco because my heat went out and my bedroom was 55°. They were out to my house very quickly. Jay was super to deal with. He found the problem and fixed it quickly. The owner of the company we used sold his business out so we called Bernco. Bernco is our new heating and cooling service company to deal with from now on. I give them an A+ and would recommend.
