I had a great experience with this company. Sergio was very professional and respectful throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain the service contract clearly and was very careful with my property. A huge plus for me was that he is bilingual and speaks Spanish! Highly recommended.

I called in very upset as we got our house all ready for hours to have our house sprayed inside and out and the gentleman that came out had poor customer service and didn’t spray inside or out. I immediately called customer service and when I called in Ryan really helped to turn that whole situation around. He not only listened to every detail, but he had called the gentleman as well and dealt with him. I really appreciate how he handled the entire situation and Ryan rescheduled us for an immediate appointment. His Customer service skills are amazing and one of the best that I’ve dealt with in a long time, very sweet and caring. Definitely someone who I would want to have working for me. Josh did a great job treating our house-he sprayed inside and outside. He took the time to understand the issues we were trying to resolve and he also explained why he did things the way he did. The product sprayed was safe for humans and animals and doesn’t leave a bad smell. I’d recommend his services to others. Customers service provided by Letha was also high quality. She was able to schedule us promptly the very next day.

I had the same pest control company for over 30 years that was bought out & the company that took over was awful so I have been looking for a pest control service for the past six months. We needed a bunch of red wasps taken care of on the eaves of our two story house. Instead of paying the one time fee of $175 (to “completely kill all the wasps and remove the nest so they don’t return”) I wanted to give this company and family owned business a chance. I signed up for the four months and everything was looking great. The woman I spoke with over the phone was SO nice. Now, we get scheduled for WED of this week and a technician comes out and informs me that he can not take care of the wasps because that requires a specialty technician because they are the only ones who have ladders (mind you the reason I called was for the wasp removal one eaves).
