I had Bert Black install an all new HVAC system and ductwork in April 2021, and their semi-annual system check-up is always thorough and honest. Glad to be with Bert Black! Jonah Sorvillo knocked out my plumbing needs efficiently recently. Every BB division is professional and reasonably priced.

Harvey arrived early to our scheduled appointment. When he arrived he introduced himself, then we went over the work to be performed and afterwards he promptly went to work. I was extremely happy with the work that he did. Now my puppy has a working patio light.

Jonah was great he found out what the problem was and he fixed it. We have other issues that we talked about and as soon as I save some money, we can have those address too. Thank you for all the help that you gave me and the office setting up this appointment and helping me get this done.

Jon Garrison did an excellent job servicing my unit and he also took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He also brought in my grocery order for me without me even asking which really helped me as I am disabled.
