Thermofoil wrapped cabinets QUALITY CONTROL ISSUES We initially purchased Bertch Cabinetry in 2021. When it arrived one of the cabinets was cracked, the back of the penisula was missing and there were no heat shields. After a while we noticed that the Thermofoil wrap was bubbling and peeling away. In May of 2024 we had a rep come to our house to look at the problem. From May of 2024 until February 2026 (yes that's 20 months) we have been working with Bertch Cabinetry to resolve this situation. They replaced all of the draw fronts and cabinet doors, but when the replacements arrived they were the wrong style and the pre drilled space for the hinges were not drilled. As an interior designer, I sell my clients Bertch cabinets! They are great quality and a quick turn around time for the craftsmanship you get with this company! Customer service is top notch and they are always eager to help with any issues! I will always recommend these cabinets!

I purchased Bertch cabinets 30 years ago and loved them. After a flood in my house I reordered the same cabinets. The quality is just not there any more. The cabinet doors won't stay closed. Their answer was to use gorilla glue on the magnet discs. I thought that was a very unsatisfactory solution but did it anyway. That solution lasted less that a year and now the glue won't even work.

Terrible. Do not buy their cabinets. Any problem with their craftsmanship they tell you it’s just variation in the wood. The cabinet has 4 doors 3 are beautiful. One is off and it just doesn’t match. The company representative basically said too bad that’s what you get for buying wood or you can pay more money for a new door. Do not buy from them. They do not stand behind their products.

We have been selling Bertch Cabinets for a little over 3 years. We have been impressed with their lead-times, cabinet selection, and quality. We have had a few quality issues over the many jobs that we have done and Bertch has stood behind everyone and have helped us maintain satisfied and repeat customers. I have several Bertch cabinets in my bathroom vanity set and am very satisfied.
