I contacted Bertie to assess my AC unit because it was not cooling properly. The technician diagnosed a clogged drain and performed a nitrogen blow. During this process, one of the pipes became loose, resulting in a major leak that caused significant damage to my flooring. I immediately called Bertie back, and the technician returned. He acknowledged that the issue was due to their failure to properly check the connections. They repaired the pipe and assured me that the owner would follow up to address the flooring damage. Since then, the flooring has deteriorated further, showing mold and structural damage. Despite multiple follow-up calls, I only received a response from the owner after my second attempt. I required new ductwork and AC service today. The two young men they sent out here to do my work Drew and Andy were very professional and kind. They both were so dedicated to their job and kept me educated to what they were doing. The work performed was amazing and they made sure I was happy with the work. An organization like this that hires such professionals as a company I will always use. I will always use this company for my AC and heating needs.
