I recently hired David Bertsch to do four electrical repairs at a property we just moved in to. Three of the repairs involved troubleshooting, one did not. I was super impressed with David as a professional electrician, and as a solid businessman. Here's why: 1. David returned my calls promptly, he provided a written estimate for the work, and he scheduled an appointment time convenient for both of us. 2. David showed up promptly at the scheduled time, and he kept me informed by text message before he arrived. 3. David successfully completed all the repairs as requested.
