We are going through the wettest season on record and despite how busy they are they make sure to have signs posted letting you know the wait time on repairs is 3-4 weeks right now. I rented a lawn vacuum to vaccum up leaves from my front yard. I rented it and when I got it home it started right up and worked great! Way faster than hand rakes, I got in and out quick and same thing when I brought it back. Prices are very reasonable! I highly recommend Best-Tex for way more than just rental!
