The worst chimney service I’ve ever had. They advertised full chimney inspection, creosote removal, and chimney maintenance—but barely did anything. They glanced at the flue, said it was “okay,” then billed me for chimney repair that wasn’t necessary. No documentation, no photos, nothing. When I asked for maintenance advice, they told me to just “call next year.” No thanks. I had to bring in another company to fix what they missed.

Left everything spotless, even vacuuming the hearth rug. Above and beyond service.
