If you’re looking for anything car audio related look no further. Chris and his team did an outstanding job installing subs and amplifier on my Silverado. One of the most knowledgeable, professional, and genuine guys I’ve come across. He takes extreme pride in his work and it shows, the fit and finish of this installation is absolutely flawless. It looks as if it came from the factory. With that said I HIGHLY recommend getting up with them for anything audio.

I purchased a new stereo system and speakers for my vehicle. The installation cost was more than reasonable and I was happy with the quality of Chris’s work was great. He was knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process. He assisted me with ensuring I purchased the proper items and handled the installation professionally. I would recommend the experience to anyone else.

First time at best buy( period ) and visiting the geek squad and couldn't schedule a appointment, (phone malfunction). Im very thankful to receive help from Zac Bonner he didn't refuse to assist Us and showed us some Grace that I'm most thankful for. I understand the great demand for the geek squad!, and it's very helpful to have a appointment if possible. I want to give him all his Props 👏👏because not only did I receive Excellent service ! (I witnessed it as well) , and my issue was resolved that day! .

I didn’t have a great experience at this Best Buy. The staff attitude was not very friendly, and I felt they were not very helpful or welcoming. Customer service could definitely improve, especially when assisting customers with questions or concerns. I hope they work on providing better service in the future.

Never have problems with Best Buy. And there’s a dude who works in the laptop/tablet section who kicks butt. I wish I remembered his name 😕 Even then, everyone knows what’s up. If I tell them I just want to be left alone to browse, they do it. If I need help, they are always ready to help.
