Best Buy

Bought a dryer online and went to the store to pick it up. They had my dryer ready to go but I decided I might want a new washer as well. They didn't have what I wanted at the store so they have me a good deal on another washer that was in stock. I can't complain I've never had a bad experience at any best buy.

Worst customer service and delivery of any store I’ve ever experienced. 2 days before delivery they cancel and I have to reschedule and wait for another 2 weeks. All together waiting a month for an oven delivery and install. Then for my inconvenience no adjustments/discounts given on oven or delivery/install fee. Will never buy anything from Worst Buy ever again.

The extra star is for the workers at Best Buy who seemed to me all honest, decent, capable people. The corporation is an entirely other matter. This company sold me a computer that didn't work and it took a good deal of time and effort for this to be remedied because the in-store and online staff do not have the power to make the most fundamental decisions to correct mistakes. Then, in gratitude to the staff member who finally remedied that issue, I stupidly bought a service plan that, in the end, provided no service at all. Instead, it wasted much more of my time and resources. After all this, Best Buy corporation only refunded me a tiny portion of the cost. Lesson learned. Beware.

Got me a better deal on my computer than anywhere else even after price matching! Super nice and super knowledgeable.

To be honest I was not at this store in a while So much changed since my last visit The product that they are selling is nothing like used to be Technology is taking its part off future which is not good at all
