I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Best Buy. I bought an open-box TV that was advertised as being in excellent condition, and I was initially very happy to find it. However, once it was delivered, the experience became completely unacceptable. First, the TV box was delivered opened and unsealed. Even for an open-box item, Best Buy should properly seal the package before shipping. This showed a lack of care and professionalism. Second, after opening the box, I noticed a dent on the top of the TV. This is clearly not “excellent condition” as advertised—at best, it is fair. I feel misled by the product description. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Best Buy regarding the way the Total Tech membership was explained and sold to us. And as to how I have been mislead in purchases I have made When we purchased the membership, we were specifically told that we had 60 days to return products. I even asked that question directly because return policies are important when making larger purchases. The employee confirmed that Total Tech gave us a 60-day return window. I even asked directly before purchasing a cellular device and was told 60 days. Now we are being told that because the product involved has cellular capability, the return window is actually only 14 days. At no point during the purchase were we informed that cellular devices had a completely different and much shorter return perio

I love Best Buy, BUT.... I'm pretty irritated about my last purchase there. I bought aomething off the app, for pickup, and when I got it, the original box the ear buds came in is fairly damaged. Then they stuck the receipt/sticker to the box. I find this super annoying. I expect the original package to be undamaged.

Stopped by Best Buy recently and had a great experience from start to finish. Jailen greeted me right as I walked in—super friendly and made the place feel welcoming. Xavier helped me out with selecting a camera and really knew his stuff—answered all my questions without any pressure. Antonio wrapped things up by walking me through the Total Care Membership and got everything set up smoothly. Great team all around—appreciate the service!
