If I could rate best buy 10 stars I actually would. The moment that I came in a gentleman by the name of Adrian who greeted me at the door and another unidentified female immediately assisted me and took care of what I needed. I barely had to walk to get what I was looking for because both Adrian and the other employee immediately took care of it. I highly recommend this store

Good price and good deal products. Employees are really busy trying to make sales but they're always happy to help you with any questions you have even though they were really busy in the holiday season. Except one man at the turn-in counter, he didn't give me an actual price to my tablet and told me to sale somewhere else. I checked on the Best buy website and showed it to him that my tablet worth than what he said, then he let me do a turn-in at a better price. I don't know what's the reason he did that but you'd better not just be fooled.

The store is good, but they failed to inform my parents about the policy of interests in the account of Best Buy Credit Card. It sucks. Screw Citi Bank. It absolutely hair ripping...
