I don’t normally leave reviews but thought Best Buy Metals deserves one. Everyone has been super professional and helpful. We have talked with Courtney and a couple of the other girls who work the front desk and they have all shown exceptional customer service. The company has also been quick with getting us what we need and provided quality materials! Highly recommended!

Don't normally like doing this, but after my experience I had to post this. I recently put a metal roof on my house and Best Buy Metals was highly recommended by a friend. He was right; I worked with Courtney and she has to be the friendliest, most attentive person I've ever worked with. She was extremely knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions and always got back with me quickly through every element of the purchase. I will recommend them to everyone.

Last week I stopped by the Dalton, Ga Best Buy Metals showroom to research which metal roof manufacturer to purchase from. I had the good fortune to meet Sandra Calderon. She was both very professional and knowledgeable and she truly educated me on all my many options. Best Buy Metals is going to be my go to supplier for my roofing needs. Do yourself a favor and stop by and meet with Sandra before making your metal roof purchase. You'll be glad you did.

Four and a half stars would be more accurate. The sales person i dealt with on building my order was fairly prompt on our back and forth and pleasant to work with. (Madi Gann). The delivery driver that dropped off my order 100 miles away from their warehouse was great to work with and helped me sort everything between the two of us. (Doug Green) The half star deduction would be directly related to their middle management that decided to: 1) tack on a 2% up charge for a credit card purchase at the last second 2) Accuse me of not having my order paid in full when I called to inquire if it was out for delivery (I was never contacted) That clown should be dealt with in the harshest sense. If I planned to order more material from Best Buy Metals in the near future, I would make it a priority
