Best Buy

Bestbuy use to be a great place to shop for appliances, but after covid bestbuy is the worst place to shop, my Worse experience started with Best Buy back in November of 2025 when I purchased a Samsung Internet refrigerator, my experience buying a Refrigerator from bestbuy has been the worst experience in my lifetime of 58 years,, I went into bestbuy store To make a purchase of a Samsung refrigerator the reason why I choosed Best Buy I felt like this wasThe safest place to buy a good product a dependable product, bestbuy have this white glass Samsung Internet refrigerator on display without a scratch on it, a beautiful refrigerator that my wife wanted,, I went home read reviews on it and the refrigerator had a lot of bad reviews but I didn't understand why because I knew several people

Manager ‘Justin’ refused to honor product price shown. Even as product is priced wrong and the location is filled with that product. Best Buy used to honor this, but now they just put items in the wrong location and let you guess at the price. Best Buy rewards member and credit card holder….but they do not care about customer. May be less steamed about it if the Manager was less cocky about how he explained it was the wrong tag for the product. Go somewhere else. Update, they responded below but did not resolve issue. Vanessa actually responded in attached photo….action taken internally means the customer is wrong and they will continue to bait and switch pricing

I’ve had 1 not so great experience here trying to figure out the details on the Apple Pencil. I wasn’t searching for too many details on the item and thought I could come here instead of the Apple Store, so when I told an employee my pencil died and I didn’t know how long they lasted or what happened since I charged it regularly I didn’t expect the response I got. The employee told me to try the Apple Store and walked off… I was confused because I didn’t think I was coming across as rude or trying to waste his time. I guess he noticed that I was stumped and just grabbed another one to buy and he came back and apologized and then helped me some more. Aside from that, employees are generally willing to assist you and answer questions about various products.

We just left Best Buy and I just want to give a huge thank you to Oscar. He was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. But the other associates were too, I just didn’t catch their name. He helped us out in the computer section. Thanks Oscar keep doing what you are doing. With that work ethic, and attitude you have a bright future.
