⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars Best Buy has consistently delivered exceptional service and has been my go-to for all things technology for the past three+ years. The Blue Shirt associates are knowledgeable, patient, and excellent at explaining different technologies and products in a way that actually makes sense. Over the years, I’ve purchased two MacBooks here, along with AirPods and AirPods Max headphones for my daughters. Anytime we’ve needed help, Geek Squad has been outstanding—assisting with device repairs, troubleshooting, and general support. Their service has been consistently reliable and professional. Today’s visit was another great example of why I keep coming back. I purchased a pair of AirPods Pro (3rd generation) as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend, and the associate did a great job

Customer service is great here!! One of the best around! The manager is so sweet (her name is slipping my mind) she went above and beyond to make sure we found the exact headphones my daughter wanted just days before Christmas! Andrew is also amazing he fixed my Xbox for me and saved me money on having to get it repaired at another shop!! Keep it guys!

Went to Best Buy to purchase a laptop. Upon entering the store we were greeted and told that if we purchased a laptop today and opened a BB credit card account we would get $60 off the purchase. Applied and purchased the laptop and even verified with a different employee that we would get $60 off the price. When the bill came there was no discount but a few days later an e-mail was sent along with a coupon for $60 off a FUTURE purchase (with a very short time period to get the discount). This is simply dishonest marketing. Deceiving your customers is not the way to keep them very long. I have deducted the $60 from my credit card bill and paid off the balance and will not be sending in any more money. I have also cancelled the card since I will not be purchasing anything from BB in

I paid for extra protection for my phone which consisted of free screen protector replacement. Having to wait in line for 20 minutes and then people with appointments get to go ahead of you then having to wait longer until the other customers were served was quite time-consuming considering all I needed was I protector for my screen replaced. Couldn't wait any longer had to do it myself. Even though I paid for it to be done for free. It seems like there could be more employees in the geek squad section instead of just one employee helping all of the customers.

Bought an LG wash tower but needed dryer vented to the left. Was told it was no problem so I ordered the kit to have ready as I was instructed. Delivery man today said they are not allowed to install vent kits. Another contractor is coming tomorrow to install but isn’t paid enough to finish the FREE installation of the wash tower. What a fiasco and trying to reach the store is impossible. This will be my last purchase at Best Buy!
