Best Buy

Bought an LG TV here just before Christmas. Customer service was good. No sales pressure. Location was busy due to the holiday. I was asked if I needed help in each department I visited. New 65in LG TV is great. Don't judge the picture quality... I'm not that skilled at photography.

I purchased a Microsoft Surface Pro 11 ($1,500) in cash at the Springfield, MO store on Feb 1st. Despite verifying my address at checkout, Best Buy shipped it to an address in California. I caught the error while it was in transit and contacted support immediately. ​I was explicitly instructed by Best Buy to let the package be delivered to the wrong address so they could initiate a replacement to my local store. I followed their directions exactly. Today, I went to pick up the replacement, only to be told it was canceled. Best Buy is now refusing to give me the computer OR a refund until they recover the original item from California—an item they sent to the wrong state and that I have no physical way of retrieving. ​They have acknowledged the error is theirs but are essentially holding my

This is one of the best, best buys I've been too! When I came in months ago to shop for a TV the agent took his time was honest and helped me pick a TV that fit my needs and I left happy. The next time I had a issue with my iPad (not a shocker it's apple 🙄) and they took it and sent it in, apple didn't fix it the first time and you guys were helpful and honest and got it sorted and finally got it sorted and left happy! Jazz from geek squad did such an amazing job making sure I was taken care of! Cannot recommend enough

Literally the WORST shopping/customer service experience you could have. Not only do you have to deal with high pressure sales tactics but you better hope that you don't need a refund for anything (like being charged twice) because they will not help. I've literally had to dispute this through my bank account because Best Buy refused to help me. That's the store and at a corporate level. Pathetic.

Do not buy big appliances from here. This has been my worst experience in getting them ever and I'm not young. I spent most of a day off preparing to make sure the experience for them was smooth. Waited during their 4hr time window, disrupted my animals, nothing shows up, no call nothing. Not until after the appointment do I get a "spam" call. No one can tell me why my delivery was messed up, just that I have to wait another week now, wait during another apt time, disruption for my animals, again. They offered nothing for the huge inconvenience this has become. My time is not free and they continue to waste it, like I dont matter. I will never buy from them and I suggest others do the same.
