The carpet tech that came out was very patient and kind. His name was Zach. He did a great job of cleaning an old dirty carpet. He hit the stains especially hard. The carpet almost looks brand new. And he just worked quietly and efficiently and was done in an hour. No harsh smells. Not soaked. The carpet dried by the next day. Our stairs look good, too. The high traffic areas look so clean! I’m happy with this company. They made it easy to have the house carpet cleaned, and the price was very fair. I’ll use them again for sure.

Zach called before he arrived, showed up during the arrival window I was given. He was professional and friendly. He wore shoe covers while on my wet carpets. I also liked it that they use a van mounted system as I believe that provides a higher quality. I’m happy with the quality of the cleaning and the price was fair. I plan to use them for my future carpet cleaning needs.
