Never have I dealt with someone as unprofessional and disrespectful as Hector, the salesman on this job. This entire situation started with a clear and obvious prefab quartz mismatch: a 3x9 piece that was SIX shades darker than the existing 2x9 prefabs. This was not subjective, not lighting-related, and not “within tolerance.” Anyone with basic experience — or basic eyesight — would have caught it before anything was cut.
