I highly recommend Best Chimney Solutions! I wanted to change my wood burning fireplace back to gas. Rodolfo was quick to respond and set up an appointment. He helped me decide the best option and I was able to have it installed the next day. I had a problem with some of the new equipment and they made sure to come back and take care of it quickly and promptly. William did my installation and he was very pleasant and professional. He did a great job, paying attention to detail and explained everything to me carefully. I am so pleased with my new gas logs! Highly recommend!

Rodolfo provided a thorough diagnosis for removing a squirrel that had entered and later died in my chimney. The project included replacing all the piping, removing the stone façade from the fireplace, removing and installing a new fireplace, capping off the internal gas pipeline, and installing an entirely new fireplace face. Also, installing new chimney pan and cap. He and his colleague did a good job, and the price was very fair. I would definitely recommend his services to my friends and neighbors. My only critique is that he could improve his time management.

I'm just getting around to doing this review, for work done Feb. 2024. I need a new thermopile for a gas fireplace, looked him up, and realized I'd never reviewed. I'd had issues with leaking at a chimney, and had a "roofer" out several times to repair, unsuccessfully. Rodolpho came and gave me a price, and showed me the "work" the other company had done- it was an unbelievable hack job. Anyway, the house is 20 years old, and he recommended chimney cap replacement on 3 of our fireplaces, as well as replacement of some of the rotten siding, corner boards, and flashing. I had the best customer experience EVER yesterday! I was worried about the coming ice storm as my old gas logs wouldn’t light. I panicked and at 2:00pm I googled gas logs near me. Best Chimney is in my town and has lots of stellar ratings/reviews so I called them. To my amazement, Rodolfo said he could be here in 20 minutes as he was nearby. He assessed my fireplace and chimney situation and recommended the correct, and gorgeous, logs for me. He quoted me a fair price for the logs and a chimney cap, which I’d never had.
