He replaced my old unit. Said he would come anytime that I needed him. Even on weekends because him or his son was on call. Shortly after install I called his son answered, I didn’t think the unit was draining correctly. He told me not to worry about because I have a 10 year warranty. At the present time I needed them again because not cooling. They have sold their service. I have had it 10 months. Waldrop Heating And Air bought them out. Guess what… They don’t work on weekends. No one on call.. They SINK ALSO.
Scott the owner is one of the best people I know. He has gone above and beyond helping me and my family. I appreciate that GOD has us surrounded with Good Samaritans like him.. Nothing but respect for him and everyone that works at On time...
Scott came out and looked over our A/C system that had a bad fan, as well as a balky thermostat, and replaced both in no time flat. He and his crew are professional, friendly, and clean up all of the minor messes (inside and out) that were created by the work they did. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. It is hard to find this quality of person/company these days!!
