Best Choice Roofing and Home Improvement

As an extremely picky engineer, I usually don't give 5-stars because I often find areas needing improvement. As for Best Choice, I find it hard to offer any criticism with my entire roofing project. I had a rental home which needed a new roof. From Barbara (coordinator), Mitchell (sales), and Foreman (forgot his name); communication was perfect, pricing was $2K under compared to a similar Owens Platinum company, the workmanship was great, job-site clean-up perfect, and follow-up inspection on time. I'm extremely satisfied with this company from start to finish!

Best Choice Roofing came out to my house, provided a free estimate, explained what all work they were looking to complete and then explained how the payment process works with an insurance claim. My own insurance company did/would not fully explain how it worked. Best Choice Roofing came out by 9 am and by 3 pm the same day I had a new roof o my house and a clean yard. I have already recommended Best Choice Roofing to my family and friends!

I would like to thank Best choice roofing for their quick response to our needs. Three days after being on contract to sell our home the "March Hail storm" in Texas hit. We had to have the whole roof replaced and siding on our home repaired. We were under time constraints and due to so many other being effected everyone in the roofing business was backlogged. This was second time using Best Choice roofing, I live in SATX an my rental property needed roof repair after storm damage, Since BCR did such a good job on my last property, I used them again and just like before the experience was great--Ryan Faulk provided great customer service and worked with my insurance company from start to finish. They provided me with an upgrade to my shingles at no extra cost. The entire process was pain free. The product looks amazing with 5 year workmanship warranty, I am very happy the second time around just like the first.
