Couldn’t be more thankful for the service this team provided. From dealing with our insurance, communication, install and clean up. The roofers completed the job in just a day. They were able to get Nationwide to pay for a full roof replacement after they told us 1,800 dollars would pay for repairs. Cody made this experience very easy and non-stressful. This entire experience has been one of the most stressful times of my life. The salesman who seemed very nice when pitching the company to us told us he’d keep in touch throughout the process to make sure it goes accordingly, of course we never saw him after we paid the initial sum. Also had me drive to a bank in rush hour to pay for checks I never use only to find out the next day I could pay over the phone with a debit card for no fee. It only gets way worse. After they completed the job, we thought that a couple things looked off: namely, they took down our old roof’s beat-up counter flashing and then used the same damaged counter flashing when finishing. Our salesman Edgar was knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us pick a shingle color that would compliment our house color. He worked closely with our insurance company. He arranged for the actual roofers to be at our house within 6 weeks of us signing the contract. During that time he called twice to confirm dates and times. The new roof looked even better than we had hoped for and was completed in one day's time. After the work was done Edgar came back to confirm that the roof had been reshingled to our satisfaction. This was a top notch company from beginning to end.

I was very happy with the job done by these guys. Jade Brown the sales manager was really helpful and easy to work with. The workers took my roof off, and had the new one on in one day. They put traps down to catch everything and cleaned up and put everything back in place in the yard and around the floor bed. Thank you guys for the hard work you did to get me a new roof.
