Best Choice Roofing

Best choice roofing, come out to put a new roof on my house. Started the job 12/17/24. Tarps were on the ground to catch the old roofing but once it hit the ground nobody started to clean it up. I had to clean up front sidewalk and steps so my wife could get in the house. It layering the ground pretty much all day half of it got picked up and they got the rest the next day. Clean up was very bad I cleaned up the road and driveway on spring street also front yard and back yard nobody got the porch windows, gutters and siding had black mark all over the house . No one tried to clean them are any thing else. Nobody from BCR was here to oversee anything Friday are Saturday they finished up Saturday 12/15/24. I was inspecting there work and found starter straps not nailed overlapping and

My neighbors had recommended Best Choice Roofing to me for my roof that had damage from the hailstorm in 2025. I would recommend this company to others as well. Knowah and Amy was very pleasant and professional to work with. Knowah explained everything in lay terms as the world of homeowners insurance is a foreign concept. He called the insurance company and helped open the claim, etc. (If you have Safeco as a homeowners insurance, I am sorry. They are horrible insurance company. 10/10 don't recommend). The process was not as difficult as I planned it to be; simply, because Knowah and Amy know what they are doing. Little did I know, I was approved for a new roof in about an hour, and able to finance the roof just sitting in my living room. Oh, I was able to pick the color of my new roof!

Roof looks good but BCR never came out to check it, bring magnet as stated, nor did they remove all left over supplies. I called them several times about supplies left in my front yard. Quick work but very bad with communicating and following through with customers. They offered my son a job then failed to train him and expected him to buy very expensive equipment for the job while also removing him from corresponding online with the rest of the crew for training. I wouldn't work here.This was our experience. I've had my roof nearly a month now.

Great experience! Collin and Knowah made everything easy especially working closely with insurance that could be a major headache for a homeowner!
