Prompt, did a good job and honored their 5 year warranty. The roofing team had forgotten to replace one small section when they put the new roof on two years ago. It was brought to our attention during the sales inspection recently. Thomas Miller, who manages both Asheville and Greenville offices, was very polite, returned my calls promptly and arranged the repair within days. Absolutely a company I can recommend.

We went with Best Choice Roofing through some of their sales agents coming to our house and finding hail damage. We had a great experience setting everything up with them and our insurance. They came and redid our house roof and an open carport roof that’s attached to the house. The house roof was a standard and good process, and if that’s all you’re doing with them then you might be good to go. But their contractors really messed up the carport. When it rains, water pools on different parts and pours through the carport roof. Best Choice Greenville has been hard to get a hold of on the phone, and when I do it’s usually forwarded to a variety of people. At the end of the day, they keep saying they will take care of it, but months later, after several calls to them and little communicati

I contacted Best Choice Roofing for a quotation for a new roof. They sent out Joshua Butler. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain all the process to me in detail. I really appreciated how patient and honest he was. The price he gave me was also very affordable. I highly recommend him if you are looking for someone professional who takes the time to make sure you understand everything.

This was the worst company that I have ever dealt with. They put bad shingles on our roof when they installed and have been giving us the run around for 2 months and still have not fixed it. I would not ever suggest this company to anyone. They are completely overpriced for the work they perform. This has been a complete nightmare.

Had an appointment at 12:00 today October 1 for an inspection. No one showed up, no phone call or text message as to why. We called and cancelled the appointment. If they cannot honor their appointment then they will not get my business.
