Best Choice Roofing completely ignored the clearly posted “No Soliciting / No Trespassing” notice on my property and left a door-hanger advertisement anyway. This is not just disrespectful, it’s also against local law. According to Macon-Bibb County Ordinance Sec. 22-57, it is unlawful to place handbills, pamphlets, or similar advertising materials on private property without the express permission of the owner or intended recipient. By leaving their advertisement, Best Choice Roofing disregarded both my posted notice and the ordinance. If a company cannot respect simple boundaries or local laws, I would never trust them with something as important as my home. Poor judgment and unprofessional conduct.
