Best Choice Roofing

Scam. They keep calling and texting me about a roof quote I asked for. I never asked for one. But they keep changing their number, so I can't block them. When I call, the only person who answers is a "smart digital assistant" who pretends to be a human (until you ask directly). When you try to talk to a human, it hangs up. I will be file a complaint with the state, as this has to be illegal behavior on multiple grounds. This is a great way to spend my Christmas, being harassed by an unethical business.

I took the first review down (July 2022) because I was asked to and offered payment. They never sent it. So I am reposting… First, working with our sales agent was excellent. In fact, the young lady who helped us enter a contract with Best Choice roofing was great, responsive and attentive. Ultimately, the roofer and their installation team did an outstanding job. This, however, comes between all the frustrating moments that followed my interactions with this company. 1. I had My roof done by Best choice roofing a little less than five years ago. I came across some weather damage and called them to come out and check it. They came out in a timely manner. Michael Vale went up and beyond to Assess the problem and got me on the schedule for a repair right away… They came out a couple days later and got the Repair done in a timely manner. Tara Riggins The production manager made sure she communicated everything to me from beginning to end. Their customer service is definitely top-tier and that’s very Hard to find these days. **Roof not installed according to code + poor sense of ethic** BCR installed a roof at my property in Marietta, GA in November 2013. I was noticing some water damage to a side fascia and had BCR come check it. They informed me that the shingles were installed right at the edge of the decking and therefore not fully covering nor protecting the wood. Overtime, water infiltrated the 12'x1' fascia and decking. The shingles were not installed according to the 2006 IRC code in place at the time mandating a 1" overhang, nor per the manufacturer's installation instructions recommending a 3/8" overhang. We give Best Choice Roofing a 5 Star rating! Julian was the sales rep that gave us our estimate and went over everything involved. He was friendly and knowledgeable of what we wanted and needed. The day of the new roof going up went without any issues and the cleanup of the premises was very good. Our new roof looks amazing! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have a new roof or repairs.
