This review is to recognize the exemplary service provided by Toni Sabrian,, sales representative for BCR. She was very professional, and thorough with her assessment of our roof. Unfortunately, we were unable to utilize BCR due to pricing. Still, she is an asset to their company.

They were affordable, helpful and the roofing crew was fast. I had a few issues with responsiveness when trying to get in touch with the person that I was trying to schedule with. I also had a little issue with the finished product. They fixed one of the issues but I have not heard anything back about the other issue.

Jacob Spivey was Very Professional and went over everything thoroughly, also we were very pleased with his presentation and knowledge of the products the he had for us I would highly recommend working with him.

Shortly after a tornado I had some damage to my roof and a young man came up to me while I was sitting on my porch and explained how he could help get my insurance to pay for most of the cost of a replacement of my roof. He wasn't pushy at all and he was very well informed even though he said it was his first day on the job and I was his first customer interaction. I told him if he could come back the next day with a quote and to help walk me through it with my insurance I would go with them. The quote the next day was very reasonable and they got my insurance to cover over half of a total roof replacement and upgrade. When it actually came down to it the workers were incredibly fast and tidy and I barely noticed they had been there when they were finished except for the very well built ne
