Bragg came on time, pleasant and professional. He had a huge area of tile and grout to clean and sealing. Hallway alone is 5’ wide by 70’ long, plus kitchen and living room, 3 bathrooms, laundry room and theee bedrooms of carpet. Took about 4 hrs. Plus drying time. Bery nicely done and all clean and carpet looks great.

Instead, he kept trying until he found the right solution. In a last-ditch effort, he used an iron and a towel with special chemicals — and it worked like magic. The stain completely disappeared, and the carpet looked as if nothing had ever happened! Bragg was not only meticulous but also incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Best Clean did a great job with cleaning our carpets. Bragg was early and we went over what I needed cleaned and any special areas on my carpets that needed more attention. Carpets had food stains, dirt and grease on them. I had both of my livings rooms cleaned, dining room, stairs and upstairs hallway cleaned. Everything looks clean and refreshed. Would recommend to anyone.

Bragg is personable, professional & responsive. He arrived on time to pick up the rug. He called to provide information about an issue he encountered during the cleaning process. He delivered the cleaned rug on the promised date and took time to answer all our questions and gave good information on how to determine if a rug is good quality.
