i’m not easily impressed, but i have to say i was really impressed with best day carpet service. nicolas and his son did an amazing job from start to finish. before they even started cleaning, they made sure to prep my house to protect everything from their equipment, which showed a lot of care. they also wore masks the whole time, which made me feel comfortable. they checked out all the carpeted areas first, explained what needed to be done, and told me the price up front, so there were no surprises. their cleaning process was great — the carpets came out super clean and not soaking wet, which i really appreciated, especially with the warm weather here in freedom. even though we started a bit later than planned, they worked quickly and got everything done efficiently. when they finished,

We recently moved into an apartment in Freedom and thought the carpet was brand new. Because of that, I asked Maddox to just do a light cleaning on the tile. It turned out the carpet wasn't new after all. Maddox discovered a lot of dirt left behind from the previous tenant and took care of everything with a deep carpet cleaning, along with the tile. He was also able to come by on short notice, which really helped us out. Even though the job was bigger than expected, Maddox didn't charge us extra and was very understanding about our situation.
