I used them many times but I suppose it means nothing since now they want my credit card upfront so they can bill me $160 to hold the appointment. No loyalty, no thanks 👎🏼

I have been trying to get a hot tub installed and they came once, the guy seemed totally flustered and left with just taking pictures. His boss came back 2 more times and still after a week and 1/2 I had to chase them down to pinpoint a day to see when they were coming out. They don't return your calls. If you are too busy, just don't string the customer along. If you don't want the job be just as honest. I used you in the past, but I don't know if they changed ownership or what but I can't in good conscious refer this customer to anyone. Shame on you for such lack of customer service.
