Best Energy

The owner went over and above in servicing our furnace and water heater. Responded same day to furnace failure. Offered a fix that another oil service just bailed on. Charges were reasonable and very fair. Also electricians fried our water heater and he replaced it super quick before a big family event. Also good price. You will be happy if you choose Best Energy. I highly recommend them.

Should really go over basic driving rules with your employees. For one this guy parks in a handicapped parking spot everyday. No handicap license or sign hanging in the mirror. Two it’s not registered to this apartment complex. So if I call the apartment office or police it will get towed. Hopefully this problem is fixed.

I talked to Jim on the phone last night, AFTER 9PM. Not only did he take the time to explain stuff to me but was really knowledgeable. Thanks for the help

I can't say enough good things about this company. The owner is ALWAYS so responsive to our issues. Between our house, my elderly father's house, and our rental house, he has saved us many times in an extremely efficient and professional manner. He even spent an afternoon helping us to bail out our inches-deep-with-water basement after a surprise, full-force water heater failure. He is one of the good guys in business and for that he has earned our unequivocal and unending loyalty!

First time using Best Energy- my furnace wasn’t working after the coldest night of the year (of course). Called These guys and they came same day, earlier than expected, and fixed the problem. I’m so thankful for the quick service and will be contacting Best Energy again!
