Best Fence Company

We had a great experience from beginning to end. We called for a quote and met with John the same afternoon. Quick work, received two different quotes the same day because we were not sure the route we wanted to take. They returned to do the work very quickly after we hired them. Even when a mistake was made (because I was not avail. when they needed to ask a question) they had absolutely no problem undoing the work and correcting it exactly how I wanted. Great pricing, great turn around time, great product. Very happy with our new fence!

I called to get an estimate on fence panel replacements in my backyard. After 5 days no call back with appt time, so I called again today. Was told be receptionist a call would be made to me when in my area. Immediately after hanging up with office JT called me back and told me he could not give me a time or date when he could give me a estimate and if I needed it done soon to call someone else. Best Fence did my front yard 15 years ago, and then they were very prompt and affordable. But now...customer service is very poor and JT was just plain rude on the phone. I DO NOT recommend then for any services now.

A very unprofessional place to work. The owner ripped me off for some rusty fencing pliers that he charged me $60.00 for they sell the same pliers on Amazon for $20. I never even used them and left them in the work truck when I left and showed lead guy where I was leaving them. The lead guy with 20 years of experience stretches fence to tight from 8' TO 7' really what a joke. Does not know what he is doing. Quality of work is not there. I would not recommend any customer or employee.

We quoted several companies and Best Fence Company was the lowest. We were out of town when they installed our fence and I was concerned because I wasn't there to supervise the installation. When we returned home, I was more than pleased to find the installation perfect! I spoke with John, requesting one minor adjustment on the gate, and they were out the next day to make it. I could not be more satisfied with the work they have done. I have recommended and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family. Best Fence Company in Mulberry, Florida just finished installing both a wood privacy fence and chain link fence at our property. John, came out 4 times to provide an estimate, because we kept changing the scope of the work. He was very courteous, professional and patient. The work is outstanding and we are extremely pleased with both the workmanship and the cost. Will have them install fences at both of our other homes and will recommend them highly.
