I beg to differ with the guy who has all the complaints! From the moment I walked in to their showroom and I was greeted so nicely I knew I was buying a pool there. The owner came over while we were with the salesperson. My second visit I met Hector who is on his game! And so very helpful with everything! Always available to take my call with every little question I had. Tyrone who supervised the installation and helped me decide the placement of the pool was wonderful. His crew never stopped! Hardworking guys! I’ll tell you. Then Mike that came out to help me with the filter and equipment! So very nice and knowledgeable. On top of that, the electrician they recommend, Derek Dayton, is such a helpful guy! Reasonably priced and also always available for a call! Him and his guys are awes

Wanted to wait a year before posting an honest review. First off. Mike and Tyrone 💯👍 great guys and service technicians. After putting down the deposit, it went kinda quiet and no communication. Changed my layout after signing without our knowledge or consent. I work in construction, you always have to get homeowners/customers signature with any and all changes. Espj was rough to deal with, hit my back sliding glass door with the excavator and cracked my sidewalk, tried denying but was on video. They fixed both. The day of installation, Tyrone was there for the whole process, very courteous and professional, answering all our questions and concerns. Update #1; 3/23 from 7/22 review: It has been 8 mos. since we ordered our pool. It was installed this past Wednesday. In short, our opinion of Ordini's has not changed; if anything, we are more impressed. During the last 8 mos., Hector & Orlando have responded to every inquiry within a 24-48 hr. window, whether it be by phone or email. When we learned hosting a summer party was in the future, I called to see if there was any way the pool would be in. Professional, courteous and honest...they would try, but no guarantees, because permits, and other things, are out of their control, and, other customers were ahead of us. But they said they would do their best. They submitted all necessary paperwork to the township, and, when I called L&I, I was told that unlike some other pool compa

We signed our contract with Ordinis back in February 2021. They told us initially the pool would be installed September 2021 estimate, but realistically not to expect to swim in 2021, it would be 2022. There were some times it was hard to get in touch with people, but I know they were busy and I would eventually hear back or just call again and speak with someone. Once the pool came in, they were quick to get an install date. Trying to install in early/mid February was fun. We got snowed out 1 day. It was 1 year to the date from when we signed to when it was put in the ground. I've read some places calling and trying to charge more due to price increases, but Ordinis kept their word, and prices we agreed upon. That's how it should be when you sign a contract. The install was incredible.

We signed our contract with ordini’s in February of this year. John was a delight to work with upfront and Orlando and Hector were always very responsive and helpful throughout the process. My hope was to get some swimming time in this year and although they couldn’t guarantee anything, they did promise that once the permits were approved they’d be able to start work shortly after, and they came through on that promise. We got our permits approved at the end of June and install occurred on July 7th. The process was smooth and we couldn’t be happier with the pool. Our electrician ray morris came out the next day and got everything hooked up, id highly recommend him.
