I recommend best flooring, does excellent work and did the job cheaper than all the other installers that I called.
This "gentleman" contracts out to larger local businesses for work. (Which i think is great) This gentleman also harasses the clients of these larger companies. Leaving messes on the floor, clogging drains , not finishing the work efficiently and in any type of manner with quality in mind......these are all skills Billy posses. If your in need, please reach out, I'm sure he is happy to oblige.
