Contacted this company in June to inspect and give me a proposal to repair/replace the HVAC units for one of our new commercial Tenants. Shawn visited the premises promptly, and soon informed me that it was a complicated job and he would need to meet with an engineer on site, prior to being able to give me a written assessment and proposal. I didn't even bother speaking with other vendors since I wanted to work with someone I had used before and also because Shawn said that the job was "complicated." Two months later, I am still waiting. Just called him now and he said he was too busy with other projects to "help" me. Didn't even have the decency to call and inform me. Complete waste of time. Never again.
