Highly recommend this company. After multiple visits by the HVAC company that we have an all-inclusive, two year contract with, we were told that my mom's furnace could not be fixed and she would need a new one, which they quoted for $9K. Since the furnace was only 5 years old - we got a second opinion from Best. Their tech Aaron was very knowledgeable and identified the problem immediately and was able get the necessary part to fix it the same day. He went above and beyond to get my 93-year-old mom's heat working - coming out to the house at 9PM and did not leave until he made sure she would have heat overnight. I think that says it all. Call them - you will not be disappointed.

Spoke with Tim initially and find him very professional and courteous. Aron showed up to examine our furnace. It took hardly a minute for him to find the issue. He was open and straight forward about the issue. I really appreciated his honesty and knowledge. He took care of the problem in a couple of minutes and left us with our home heated with very reasonable invoice. Tim is a true gentleman came out asap to diagnose our broken furnace… and took care by fixing the bad part in the furnace. I say gentleman because he did everything quick in this chilled weather so we can have heat at home.

The ignitor on my furnace was corroded and need to be replaced. I called Best Heating & Air Conditioning in Monroe Twp. Very prompt, polite, patient, and professional. And my bill matched the estimate from the email exchange. Highly recommend.

My A/C went out over the weekend and I called Monday for an appointment. They came the same day to evaluate. When looking at the unit, quickly knew the issue and that I needed a new unit. Best was able to secure one right away and had it in two days later. The crew was very helpful, responsive & answered all my questions. They also explained the situation in a detailed way with the insurance company. I highly recommend their services.
