Best Home Appliance

we had a problem with our Double oven and called Best Home appliance. Their technician came to our home that day. He worked on our oven and told us it needed a new board. We paid him $674.51 to cover the part needed and the installation cost. The board did not work. After two more trips to our home, we are still without an oven. We asked for a refund of payment and they apologized for the problems and agreed to a full refund. We have called numerous times to confirm that our money is returned. They've assured us that "the check's in the mail". We agreed to come pick up the check, but there is no address listed for the company. We would highly recommend that you do not use this company. We will file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and consumer protection agencies.

I'm pretty upset. The tech came over and wiggled some rubber back into place on my washing machine for 5 seconds and charged me $200 for it. No exaggeration. I'm never using this company ever again, there's no way the tech felt good about that. Update-After testing my washing machine and finding it still leaking, I called Best Home Appliance back to explain my frustrations. The staff member I spoke with was really nice and made me an appointment to resolve the issue the next day which I was really happy about and looking forward to. Based on the outcome, I was planning on changing my review. I got a call back a little while later from that same staff member asking why I gave them a 1 star review. Leonard was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable in fixing my stove and dish washer. Didn’t make any promises he couldn’t keep, and kept the promises he made. I definitely recommend Best Home Appliances for your appliance repair.

Excellent Service! I got all my appliances from them for a very reasonable price, it has been 8 months and we haven’t had any problems with them. They were able to help me find a refrigerator, dishwasher and stove that all match and everyone who comes to visit says they look really good. The washer and dryer I got from them also match and they are all high quality machines. Thank you Best Home Appliance!

We are so grateful to have found Dave on a holiday week! He came out quickly and fixed our washer within an hour. He wasn’t pushy and gave us the cost versus replacing the whole unit. We will definitely use Best Home Appliance again!
