Brandon was great!!! I had a great experience. He came out to fix our sink and toilets, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. Brandon was on time, respectful, and explained exactly what was going on before starting the repairs. He worked efficiently, cleaned up after himself, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s such a relief to find someone reliable and honest. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

Mr. Siffort came to my home on a Sunday to install smoke alarms, and from the moment he arrived, he conducted himself with professionalism and courtesy. Before even stepping inside, he respectfully placed protective shoe covers over his shoes — a small gesture perhaps, but one that immediately conveyed his concern for both my home and my well-being. Throughout the installation, he was diligent and methodical, paying meticulous attention to every detail. We called because most all our kitchen outlets had gone out, and they had a tech out to our home (deep in the estates) within a few hours. Alan was very professional and courteous, was patient and nice to my 2 crazy hound dogs, and explained the issue to both myself and my husband over the phone. He walked us through the issue, even showing me how to diagnose future problems with our breaker, then went to get the proper replacement parts and was back quickly to have everything safely fixed and running that same day. They also had a special for a complimentary plumbing diagnostic, which we’ve scheduled for later this week. Excellent service, will use them again in the future. Thanks again to Alan!

I contacted Best Home Services to replace my kitchen faucet — no plumbing changes were needed. They gave me a quote of $1,400 for the replacement, which included labor and a new faucet. They also mentioned that the sink “probably needs to be replaced.” For the record, my sink is perfectly fine. And $1,400 just to replace a faucet? Really? When I questioned it, they said, “We’re licensed, and that’s what it costs.” Well, that’s not happening. I paid $39 for the estimate, which I’m fine with, but I ended up finding someone else who did the entire job for $250 — faucet included. Anthony Sanchez was our tech. He was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful! He did a wonderful job of explaining everything to us. He took his time, did an outstanding job. We called today and they came the same day. We would 100% recommend!
