Best Irrigation

We had a wonderful experience with Best Irrigation. Rick was very knowledgable. He thoroughly explained the process and product. Pricing was very fair compared to others we received quotes from. He was also helpful in giving advice on seed as we were starting a new lawn. Install was quick and easy and the system runs great- very customizable. The office staff was very responsive as well. Couldn't have asked for better.

Hired Best to do our spring tune-up and move two sprinkler lines in preparation for getting our driveway widened. Found when the asphalt company was digging that they just moved the heads, not the lines and everything had to be torn out. I called Best to get this figured out, and spent 20 minutes arguing with them about what I originally asked for vs what work was actually done. I didn't get an itemized receipt for the work but I have to think at least $300 of my $1000 spring bill was moving heads that didn't need to be moved if they were going to leave the buried water line. All I was looking for was a little bit of flexibility on the price to actually move the lines now that we understood each other and they wouldn't budge, it was full price. I did pick them when I made the decision to get irrigation initially because of their name. They have earned it time and time again with me, they truly are the BEST! From the owner on site for the quote and design, to the admin staff and field techs. All A+ in my book. It has been a bunch of years and whenever I need them things are taken care of immediately. My 89 year old mother called for service this spring to open up her system last week. The initial cost was $205. She suspected the system wasn't operating correctly so she called the next day. They sent someone out promptly which was fine but charged $190 service fee for work the original guy didn't do. My mom called for clarification and was told she would have to talk to her boss. She hasn't heard back since. It's a good thing the 2nd guy got it figured out because who knows what the 3rd visit would have cost!! I recommend looking elsewhere for service.
