Best Option Restoration has been outstanding in handling the water remediation in our basement. Ash, Dom, and the entire team have been exceptional from start to finish. When our water heater ruptured and flooded the basement wall to wall, I called Ash, the project manager, and he arrived within an hour. He immediately coordinated with Dom and the rest of the team, and they got to work right away. That same day, they installed large dehumidifiers and industrial fans to begin the drying process. By the next day, they had removed all damaged materials, including carpet, wood flooring, trim, and the bathroom vanity. Waking up to a flooded basement (both finished and unfinished with storage) was not delightful, but, Wes and Allan of Best Option Restoration made it a stress-free experience!! We rang them at 7.45am, and they were at our house within an hour! I can’t describe enough about how amazing this company is. Wes and his team are incredible. My dad passed away and I inherited his house and the piped burst in the house.
