It’s been great to work with The Best Outdoor Services. They took out our large in ground pool, leveled my backyard, installed irrigation, and built a retaining wall on the side of my garage where I can park a boat. The yard and wall look fantastic. Blake was awesome to work with every step of the way. I used AI to help me find a highly rated and cost efficient company for my work. I talked with 3 and selected them. I’m happy with the results.

Today at around 4:30ish p.m. September 2nd 2025 at Viridian Apartments (9436 Ulysses St NE) in Blaine Minnesota off Central Ave where I live with my wife, special needs disabled child, and dog I had a very concerning experience with this landscaping crew while they were working at my building. While waiting in my car for the garage door to open, a worker operating a Caterpillar skid steer began reversing toward my vehicle. Out of caution, I honked my horn briefly to make sure he was aware of my car. The operator stopped, but several of his coworkers immediately began shouting profanities at me, insisting I should not have honked. At no point did I yell, swear, or engage them verbally, yet they continued acting aggressively and even walked toward the garage door in a way that felt threate

I'm leaving this review after years of bad experiences with Best Outdoor Services. Unfortunately I live in a townhome where I do not have a choice in who does our lawn maintenance, so I can't fire them. My most recent experience is what is leading to me finally posting this negative review. They damaged multiple items on my property (again) and didn't say anything. I had to find it on my own, seeing it on my doorbell security camera. When I've call them to report the damage, they tell me that I have to take it up with my homeowners association, so I have reported it to them. They have previously damaged my AC unit and other personal items on my property as well. They have also done countless damage to our townhome association, including damaging light posts, tearing up chunks of grass, des

These guys suck. If I could give them zero stars on this review, I would. We were finally getting our grass to look good until these clowns came out and did the first mow and weed spray of the year. My yard looks 10x worse now; they blow through the yards like they're racing the Indy 500, leaving track marks in the grass and weed whip where there's not even weeds. They've destroyed my landscaping lights due to this (you'll see in my pictures that I have two sets of these lights, the smaller set is supposed to be as long as the other pictured, but they chopped right through it with a weed whip and took zero responsibility) and my email to rectify this accident went unanswered. The weather was terrible this spring. But when the weather became nicer, Justin and his crew were there today to repair some damage on the lawn. Black dirt and hydro seeding did the trick! Highly recommended this company.
