Marcus was great, super efficient, skilled and a nice guy to boot. Both doors look great and I always get good service from Best Overhead Doors. Jose walked me through my options with a focus on 'future-proofing' my setup for later insulation, providing a candid, zero-pressure consultation. Marcus went above and beyond during the install, ensuring the new springs worked perfectly and offering expert advice on the locking mechanism placement. He didn't just install the hardware; he set up the MyQ app, walked me through programming the security code, and even repaired my old opener buttons to save me money. Best Overhead Door is a really great family run company from the office to field. They were great from start to finish. Dusty Lynn, the owner, came out and helped us choose the best door for or home for both design, price, and function. She also sent pictures which really helped. Another person came out to finalize measurements and look at the motor. Then Markus, the lead technician and Dusty Lynn’s son, did a fantastic installation.
