Best Parking LLC

I don't like to write bad reviews but this was the most misleading parking pay structure I've seen. They charged us $25 for midnight and additional $50 for overnight parking although we were only 35 min past midnight. Said total is $75 else we won't get the car. It was horrible. Would never recommend.

He hit my car and then when I confronted him he started to gaslight me and lie to me saying he didn’t do anything. I asked for his name and he said his name was Gritty but clearly that isn’t his name and he likely hits a lot of cars. If you notice, there are carpets on the poles near cars because he hits them all the time. There’s other people that complained. I wouldn’t ever park here and this place should be out of business. He was yelling at me instead of apologizing that he hit my car. I would rate this a zero if I could.

worst customer service. people here don't know anything about there jobs, bad customer service, like really bad. lost my ticket and the attendant wouldn't release my car without checking my registration, which is fine. but also wouldn't let me get it out of my car. yelled at me for asking if there was another way and then blamed me for loosing my ticket. told me to talk to the guy that parked my car the day before and that he wouldn't be in till the morning. came back the next day and that man was even more rude. had to spend four hours at the dmv to get a registration re print (which cost $40). then had to come back again the next day as the evening attended told me i had to talk to a manager. took me three extra days to get my car back because i lost the small key tag while out down town

Very misleading! Sign outside says 6$ per 30 minutes but was charged 17$ instead for 1 hour parking. Also said i had to pay more because I had a bigger car but they sign didn't say anything about extra charge for bigger cars

Owner stapled a $4 receipt to my ticket and made his employee try to shake me down for the $40 i had paid them already. Even after showing him my receipt, the card i had paid with, and the bank statement showing i paid them $40 he still refused to let me leave without taking my phone number so his boss could “call me later”
