Best Pest Control

I was recommended this company by a friend and was told tipo reach Allen directly. The initial visit was ok and seemed as though Allen might be a good fit. Turns out I paid for a service that was never completed. I am owed a follow up visit which after a month of waiting I decided to reach out to Allen and cancel even though it was paid for. I also had to chase Allen down after the first/only visit for the initial visit's invoice. Seems following up is not their strong point. I would not recommend this company if you're looking for someone serious and customer service oriented.
