Great experience overall, will be contacting them again for future needs if required! Everything from initial phone call with owner Trish, to learn more about services provided, to the inspection and follow ups - great!! Trish was very knowledgeable and they had availability to fit us in next day. The tech reviewed the area where bee/wasp activity was seen and after further investigation recommended that given the low activity, best to wait until more activity is seen as a neighbor has recently treated a nest also…Lastly, all follow-ups via email with documentation, greatly appreciated. I wanted to avoid mice in my home like I had last winter. I contacted B.E.S.T. Pest Control Services and I could not be more satisfied with every step of the process! Text/email communication with Trish and Hailey was always prompt, professional, and personable. Jason performed the exclusion inspection; Collin and Rich did the exclusion repairs. All three were very knowledgeable of house construction and of course, the rodents I want to keep out! They were meticulous! Jason discovered locations of concern I never would have found. Collin and Rich did an excellent job remedying them all and left my yard and landscaping clean and looking better than when they arrived! I was totally happy with the whole process but it got even better! The final bill was less than the original estimate! I HIGH

Very professional and friendly team!!! From the office personnel to the feild personnel, they each took their time to answer all my questions patiently and thoroughly. We had a major wasp problem in the house. Best pest control came and didn't stop looking until they found all the nest and took care of them. They were here at least 5 hours and we are very happy with the service!

B.E.S.T. Pest has been amazing. We had an initial pest treatment about a month ago and they asked us for a review but since we didn’t have a chance to see if the treatment worked, I didn’t leave comments. It has been a month now and we have had 0 issues! I am very happy with how the office and technicians were prompt and able to flex their schedule around mine. Even on short notice. Communication was top notch, documentation was thorough, and Tamara was super friendly! Thank you guys for your help! We feel much less stressed about pests after the treatment.
