I first worked with Best many years ago when I did my first kitchen and bath renovations in an investment property. When we did a major renovation on 3 bathrooms in our primary residence a few years ago we did them through Torco because our contractor had a relationship with them. Our experience was not great as there were many accountability issues that affected our deliveries and timelines and while they did their best to accommodate us for the issues we had we will not work with them again. I had an issue with a Lacava fixture in one of our bathrooms that required legs be added to a floating vanity so I popped into Best in Crompond and discussed with Anne Davidson. She was very pleasant and gave me her undivided attention as if we were constructing an entire home. She is very knowledgea

Delt with Elizabeth in showroom. Had to get part for a Rohl bathroom sink. Sink was about 30 years old. Elizabeth found the part and had it to me in less than week. She was very informative. And a pleasure to work with. 5 🌟 Raymond.
