From the moment Kevin arrived, he appeared rushed and uninterested in listening to our concerns. Without any discussion, he immediately began testing both ovens at 360°F, the standard temperature, without addressing the core issue we raised: heat from the top oven leaking into the bottom oven, making it impossible to cook at two separate temperatures—one of the main reasons we purchased this double oven. When I asked if he could test the ovens at different temperatures, Kevin became defensive and replied, "I’ve been doing this for 40 years—you don’t tell me what to do." He repeated that phrase several times, using his experience as a way to shut down any questions or suggestions. Had problems with our fridge, and they came out and fixed it - very friendly and serviceable from start to finish. Had to replace a part and had great communication throughout. Had same/similar problem about 8 months later - they came back out for free and fixed again and were very nice throughout the whole process. Hopefully it will be awhile before we need their services again but they'll be my first call if we need any appliance help!

The communication from scheduling to service was exceptional. Person who did the repairs arrived early, was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the washer quickly and all is working as it should.
