Outstanding service! Chimney is clean, soot-free, and safe. Team worked carefully and completed the job efficiently.

Not impressed. Their chimney inspection was less than thorough, and I later discovered they missed a cracked liner. The creosote removal they did was incomplete — there was still heavy soot and a noticeable smell. They recommended chimney repair that didn’t make sense, and I felt pressured to agree. I also received zero advice on future chimney maintenance. Communication was poor, and the work was rushed. Definitely wouldn’t use them again.

I will definitely use their service again.
