Had a home safe that couldn't be opened. Called Betach and they responded immediately. Mr. Parker explained all of the possibilities and quotes. We made an appointment. He had a change in schedule and was able to take care of me sooner. He was punctual, professional, amicable and efficient. He took care of my issue and I recommend his services!

Used them through our home warranty for re-keying locks. They were easy to get in contact with and figure out a better time than what was automatically scheduled by our warranty company. They were very understanding with my schedule. Extremely nice and professional. I did not choose this company but am thrilled to have been put in contact with them and will reach out in the future for other services.

I needed my house door knobs and locks changed. Ben and Heidi came by, changed the locks and even fixed a couple doors that were sticking. They did a great job and even brought a vacuum to throughly clean up after the work they did. I was very impressed by their work and knowledge of the job. Very pleased!

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Ben, the director of Betach. We needed some key made for two different door locks and we had a door that was out of alignment with the lock. He arrived on time, made the keys on site, tested the keys and then proceeded to fix the door latch. Everything took less than 30 minutes to complete. There was no mess, nothing to clean up, just a wonderful experience and fairly priced.
